This session is an invitation to shift attention inward and see more clearly what is already present. Through guided and silent sitting, we investigate breath, sensation, and thought as arising and ever-changing phenomena, with nothing to fix and nothing to improve. The emphasis is on continuity of awareness: noticing when attention leaves and gently returning without judgment.
Stillness is not the absence of activity, but a refinement of perception. Over time, this practice can help form a more stable relationship with everyday experience: less reactive, more aware, and quietly grounded in what is unfolding moment to moment.
