Inner Flow is a vinyasa-based practice supported by insight meditation. With eyes closed and sustained inward focus, we observe internal states and guide attention back to what already exists within the body and mind. Alignment is not treated as an external goal, but as something that emerges from presence, peace, and awareness.
Over the course of one mindful hour, we reduce external noise, refine steadiness, slow perception, and return to a direct experience of being within.
